9 agents · runs on your machine

Your year with agents, counted.

One command reads every session your agents still remember, deals you one of fourteen cards, and hands you the bill they ran up. On your machine, in about three seconds.

An example lore deck card
§ the manifesto

Your agents remember everything.

Every ask. Every “no, not like that.” Every 3am fix.

On your laptop. Unread.

lore reads it. Locally. Free.

Labs pay $200 to $2,000 for one good coding task, and they can’t scrape yours. Soon you can sell the work you already did: enough to pay for your agent plan, maybe thousands. Only when you choose.

You see every byte. Never your employer’s code. Never by default.

01 the lore index

What everyone’s agents are actually like.

Anonymous numbers from every run: who gets sworn at, who says please, which models get redirected, how long agents run alone. Your report ranks you against all of it.

02 what we send

Your history stays home. Just a few counts leave.

Everything you typed, every file and every name stays on your machine. When you run lore, at most once a month and never on your first run, it sends anonymous counts. Nothing runs in the background. Every field is listed, and one command turns it off.
